Eugenia De Marco MSW, RSW/Psychotherapist
Confidential, evidence-based psychotherapy thoughtfully tailored to each individual's unique experiences and life transitions
I began my professional journey nearly two decades ago as a licensed Psychologist in Italy. Since then, I have had the privilege of supporting individuals, couples, adolescents, and families across a variety of clinical settings, guided by the belief that meaningful healing begins in a space where one feels genuinely seen, heard, and safe.
Now, based in Ontario, I hold a Master's Degree in Social Work and am a registered member of the Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Service Workers. My work integrates evidence-based approaches including Gestalt, Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), and trauma-informed counselling, with care thoughtfully tailored to each individual's unique experiences and needs.
I believe therapy is a deeply human and collaborative process, one that offers space for reflection, healing, growth, and meaningful change. My approach is grounded, compassionate, and personalized, with the understanding that each person's story, pace, and path forward are uniquely their own.
I offer confidential therapy designed to meet you where you are, creating a supportive and thoughtful space to navigate life's challenges with greater clarity, resilience, and connection.

Therapy offers a warm, confidential, and compassionate space where you can slow down, feel heard without judgment, and explore what matters most to you. Together, we work to build resilience, deepen self-understanding, strengthen confidence, and help you navigate life's challenges with greater clarity, balance, and hope.
Therapy offers a warm, confidential space where you can slow down, take a breath from the demands of daily life, and begin to make sense of your experiences. Together, we'll gently explore the emotions beneath the surface, uncover the patterns that may be keeping you stuck, and gain a deeper understanding of the needs, fears, and strengths that shape your life. There is no pressure to have all the answers—therapy is a collaborative process that unfolds at a pace that feels safe and meaningful for you.
As your understanding of yourself deepens, difficult emotions often become less overwhelming and more manageable. You may begin to respond to yourself with greater kindness instead of self-criticism, feel more confident in expressing your needs, and experience deeper, more secure connections with the people who matter most. Over time, many people find they are better able to navigate life's challenges with resilience, clarity, and a renewed sense of purpose.
Healing doesn't mean that life becomes free of difficulties. It means developing the inner confidence and emotional flexibility to face those challenges with greater balance, authenticity, and hope. My role is to walk alongside you, offering compassionate support as you create meaningful and lasting change.

Every relationship faces challenges. You may find yourselves caught in the same arguments, feeling misunderstood, growing apart, or struggling to reconnect after conflict, betrayal, or the many stresses that life can bring. When communication breaks down, it's easy to feel alone—even when you're together.
Couples therapy offers a safe, supportive space where both partners can slow down, feel heard, and begin to understand what is happening beneath the conflict. Together, we'll explore the patterns that keep you feeling disconnected and uncover the deeper emotions and needs that often go unspoken. Rather than focusing on blame, we'll work toward greater understanding, empathy, and emotional connection.
As you begin to recognize each other's experiences in new ways, conversations can become less reactive and more compassionate. You'll learn to communicate more openly, navigate conflict with greater confidence, and rebuild trust and emotional closeness. Even long-standing patterns can begin to shift when both partners feel safe enough to be vulnerable and truly seen.
Healthy relationships are not free from conflict—they are built on the ability to repair, reconnect, and grow together. Whether you're hoping to strengthen your relationship, heal after a difficult season, prepare for marriage, or decide on the best path forward, therapy can help you create a relationship that feels more secure, connected, and fulfilling.

Growing up can be complicated. Teens today face many challenges while trying to understand who they are, where they belong, and how to navigate the expectations and pressures around them. Anxiety, stress, friendship struggles, academic pressure, changes at home, self-doubt, and big emotions can sometimes feel overwhelming or difficult to share.
Through therapy, teens can begin to explore their emotions, understand the patterns that may be affecting their well-being, and discover healthier ways to cope with stress and challenges. They can learn to express their needs, build self-confidence, strengthen relationships, and develop a deeper sense of self-worth.
Therapy is not about changing who you are or making you fit into someone else's expectations. It is about creating a space where you can slow down, feel understood, and get to know yourself more deeply.
Therapy can help you understand why you feel the way you do, make sense of the challenges you face, and develop new ways to cope when life feels overwhelming. It is an opportunity to build confidence, trust yourself more, communicate your needs, and make choices that feel aligned with who you truly are.
